Pre-launch notice
Move Kit is currently a pre-launch project. The legal name, postal address, privacy contact, and hosting provider will be added before the website is publicly launched. This draft must not be treated as a complete production privacy notice until those details are published.
1. Who controls your data
Move Kit is the pre-launch brand responsible for the processing described on this page. The controller's full legal identity, postal address, and privacy contact are pending and will be published here before production launch.
2. What we collect
Waitlist
Your email address, subscription and confirmation status, and the time of your request. We use double opt-in, so you must confirm the subscription from your inbox.
Optional analytics
After you accept analytics cookies, we may collect pages viewed, clicks and form-success events, referring page, browser, device category, and an analytics identifier. Your waitlist email is excluded from PostHog analytics.
Technical data
Basic request and security information may be processed by our hosting infrastructure to deliver and protect the site. The hosting provider will be named here before launch.
3. Why we use this data
- To manage the launch waitlist and send launch updates, based on your consent.
- To understand and improve the website, only after you consent to optional analytics cookies.
- To deliver, secure, and prevent abuse of the website, based on our legitimate interests in operating a safe service.
- To remember your cookie choice, which is necessary to respect and document that preference.
4. Service providers
Brevo processes waitlist email addresses and sends double opt-in and launch messages on our behalf. Read the Brevo privacy policy.
PostHog provides optional product and web analytics. The integration uses PostHog's EU ingestion endpoint, does not identify waitlist subscribers, and has session replay disabled. Read the PostHog privacy policy.
Hosting provider details are pending and must be added before production launch.
5. Cookies and local storage

Analytics is off by default. You can accept, reject, or later change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
6. How long we keep data
- Waitlist information is kept until you unsubscribe or, at the latest, six months after the launch campaign ends.
- PostHog analytics data is kept for up to 12 months.
- Cookie preferences are kept for up to 12 months.
- Hosting and security log retention will be specified when the hosting provider is confirmed.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. A dedicated privacy contact will be added here before launch so these requests can be submitted directly.
You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In Slovenia, this is the Information Commissioner.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest update. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
